Eco Friendly
In trying to minimise our CO2 impact we regularly recycle our collected leaf matter.
Environmental
Our leaf mulch is at least 3 years old, giving It time to for the leaves to break down into rich, organic mulch that will do wonders for improving the quality of any soil.
Economical
For a small donation to Quorn Bowls Club you could introduce this natural product, which is full of natural organic activity, into your own garden.
Put the life back
into your soil.
Collected at the grounds of Quorn bowls club, the leaf litter is naturally composted over a minimum 3 year period.
Leafmould compost is an excellent addition to a vegetable garden. it allows the food produced in the garden to be organic and without chemical treatment. Additionally, leafmould compost creates a hospitable growing environment for the vegetables, creating a better crop.
The well rotted leaves will immediately go to work keeping soil and roots warmer, retaining moisture, and preventing many weeds from germinating.
Project Paul
In spring 2022 'Project Paul' saw 300 bags of leaf compost sold and distributed to the local community.
